Supporting Coral Gables Seniors Through Community Pop-Up Events

Basic Needs Miami is proud to bring essential resources directly into the community through our Neighborhood Pop-Up initiatives.

Recently, we partnered with the City of Coral Gables to support local seniors after a community Zumba class by providing mini grocery bags filled with basic necessities, including canned goods, rice, and other shelf-stable food items.

These small acts of support help ensure seniors have access to essentials while creating opportunities for connection, care, and community engagement.

Through partnerships with local organizations, businesses, and municipalities, Basic Needs Miami continues to bring resources where they are needed most. Together, we are making sure our neighbors have the support they need to stay healthy, prepared, and connected.
